Sales & Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Client is a small group of company's in Saudi Arabia which began as a construction and development business, they are expanding their operations in KSA and are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager for their business.

The ideal candidate will be Arabic speaking and has experience managing a successful team real estate business in Saudi Arabic.

Requirements

- A minimum of 10 years in the real estate industry, 5 of which in the GCC.
- Experience managing residential, commercial & retails portfolio's
- Experience planning and structuring real estate investment deals
- Experience managing, hiring, training and mentoring real estate professionals
