Job description / Role
As a Sales Representative for optical instruments, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the KSA region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who possesses exceptional sales skills, industry knowledge, and optometry expertise.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share for optical instruments in KSA.
• Identify and prospect potential customers, including optometrists, optical retailers, hospitals, clinics, and optical distributors, to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our optical instruments.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online campaigns, to support sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements related to optical instruments, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales performance.
• Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the optical instruments industry.
• Optometrist with a deep understanding of optical instruments, their applications, and usage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills to effectively promote and sell optical instruments.
• Knowledge of KSA's optical instruments market, including key customers and competitors, is highly desirable.
