Senior Architect (Real Estate) - Riyadh, KSA

A client of ours from a real estate development company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking to hire for a Senior Architect to work on the real estate projects that they have in the kingdom.

They are specifically looking for someone coming from real estate developers or consultancy (design or project management) and has strong background in Residential, Commercial and Mix-use Projects.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Architecture or any equivalent.
• At least 12 years experience in design management and supervision of real estate projects.
• Preferably a bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Willing to work and relocate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Real estate developer background is a plus but can consider someone from consultancy practice.
