Senior Associate Lawyer

Job description / Role

Objectives: Responsible for handling a variety of complex assigned legal projects within the Legal department.

Main responsibilities:
• Establishment of Foreign and Local Companies
• Review and process Cases
• Trademark and Agencies Registrations.
• Draft and Review Contracts
• Performs direct contact with clients
• Attends meetings and court hearing sessions
• Prepare and Submit reports to Direct Manager
• Do follow ups in front of Governmental Authorities and Ministries
• Has the authority to transfer tasks, assignments or work to other lawyers

Gross monthly base salary: 16,000 - 18,800 (SAR)

Requirements

• Other certifications obtained: Valid Law License from the Ministry of Justice, post-graduate diploma of legal studies from the Institute of Public Administration
• University Qualifications: holder of a degree from a Shari’ah college or Bachelors degree in law
• Nature and length of previous experience: Experience not less than 10 years in legal field

Specialist knowledge:
• Extensive experience of leading and handling complex disputes in Saudi Arabia,
• Western jurisdiction/Common law qualified
• Strong background in corporate and legal projects with at least a year of experience in managing a team

• Demonstrated team leadership and delegation skills
• Excellent Business development and networking skills
• Ability to work with autonomy and develop a market leading practice
