Job description / Role
In Sanad Healthcare, we are facing new challenges and we are looking for a Senior Bio-Medical Engineer to join our team, who will be mainly responsible for:
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT'S ACQUISITION:
- To study and analyze the client requirements and research what is the best solution and the most competitive equipment that we can offer
- To survey both local and international market for the equipment needed by our clients
- To prepare technical specifications
- Quoting and pricing
- Pre-purchase evaluation, preparation of tenders
- Planning of the project in coordination with suppliers and supply-chain department
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT'S COMMISSIONING & ACCEPTANCE
- To supervise installation, performance and safety tests
ASSISTING & HELPING other biomedical engineers, and TRAINING them so they can develop their skills
Requirements
• University Degree: Bio-medical Engineer
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of the medical equipment market, able to understand and compare specifications for different medical equipment
• Dynamic, curious, ready to learn, to search for new alternatives, to keep updated on new equipment
• Negotiation skills
• Perfectionist, pays attention to details
• Structured, ability to plan, to organize
• Good communication skills, ability to build good relationships with partners, suppliers and clients
• Strong presentation skills, ability to train/ explain technical issues to both experts and non-experts
• Able to coordinate effectively with all persons involved , team-work
• Ability and agility to solve problems, knows how to handle with pressure
• Doesn’t need continuous supervision (medium autonomy)
• Flexible, able to undertake multiple and different tasks
