Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

1. Lead brand strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand growth for Invest brands Tang and Sustain brands Philadelphia, Dreamwhip & Halls.

2. Develop and execute annual marketing plans that deliver on revenue forecasts, and shares .

3. Develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.

4. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, role out best in class local amplification of campaigns implement integrated marketing 360 degree campaigns.

5. Lead the local innovation agenda and support cross-functional teams for designing locally relevant 4-2-1 plans.

6. Responsible for all aspects of A&C for the respective portfolio.

7.Build short term (AC) and long term strategy(Vision2030) for the brand portfolio.

8.Responsible for leading planning and execution with all external agencies including Media, Activation & influencer agencies

9.Marketing Lead for developing consumer centric programs for all categories including Biscuits, Chocolates, Beverages & Meals for Digital Commerce.

10. Develop annual SAMP and deliver with BIC execution.

11. Lead designing exclusive bundles for DCOM on all aspects including I2M.

12. Design content & artworks related to flywheel and all DCOM activations.

13. Work with cross functional Ecommerce team to drive the growth ambition.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent

Job specific requirements:

1. Ideally 8-10 years of commercial experience with assignments in marketing preferably as a Brand Manager on a big global or regional brand.

2. Working effectively with other marketing disciplines and with cross-functional teams.

3. Working with media & creative agencies.

4. Analytical and creative skills-a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.

5. Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills.

6. Extensive exposure of Digital Media & Ecommerce.

7. Arabic language speaker is a must.
