Senior Bus Service Agent - Qatar Airways - Dammam

As the senior bus service agent, you will support in providing service excellence to customers at the airport terminal, and helps create a stress free environment for customers whilst travelling. Support in ensuring total quality service and adhering to safety policy and security standards of the company. Ensures premium passengers receive total quality service and staffs adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company.

Accountabilities:
- Liaises with check-in, transfer desk, and other related areas for smooth acceptance of passengers.
- Assist passengers in all areas
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- Manual manifest
- Scrutinise documents prior boarding of passengers onto the bus
- Meets and greets passengers
- Coordinates with BAHKZ and BAHKK on the departure and arrival of buses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have a high school qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10 min compulsory education). You will have good organisational skills.

Must be willing to work in shifts including weekends and night shifts.

Fluency in English and Arabic (Oral and written ) is essential for this role. Knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS will be an added advantage.
