Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Analyst to perform the activities of new business venturing including: screening, planning, development, and execution by applying a wide range of business development concepts and techniques. Supports the screening analysis, planning and development of a new business venture by applying a wide range of business development concepts and techniques. Performs low to medium scope projects with considerable independence, or as part of a team on larger projects. Direction and guidance is provided as needed. Oversees the work of lower classified employees as required in some situations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Screens low to moderately complex business proposals using pre-defined filtering criteria, researches relevant intelligence
- Supports pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new
- Writes Concept Paper Papers that establish a high-level case for further developing moderately complex business ventures.
- Supports specific sections of a business plan such as document finalization which include but are not limited to market analysis, 5- Extracts pertinent data from feasibility studies as inputs to business planning and develop economic/financial models for moderately 6- Evaluates business opportunities including valuation techniques and methodologies, defining scope of due
- Gathers necessary intelligence to select potential investors, develop negotiation strategy, and develop
- Participates in managing business portfolio, assists in facilitation of new business generation workshop

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or business fields
- Professional certification in finance CFA, CMA or PMP (Preferred)
- Adequate understanding of financial analysis of companies and valuation methodologies; commercial principals of a transaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and and expert in PowerPoint designs and presentation skills
