Job description / Role
Middle East Executive have been retained to manage a confidential search project for a Senior Business Development Manager for a well respected company in the Freight industry with a reputation for providing customer-focused solutions, quality services and continual innovation, providing a full range of logistics and transportation services throughout Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Australia. It is also an industry leader in the use of information technology and e-commerce to manage the entire cargo process.

What you'll be doing:
• Responsible for securing new KEY customers.
• Meet and exceed target set and assigned KPI’S
• Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue
generating business.
• Maintain records of customer details/sales visits
• Identify potential customers and register opportunities; relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue
for the company.
• Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a rich active and healthy pipeline that contains new large opportunities
• Excel at prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals
• Attend conferences exhibitions events and networking opportunities to identify prospect customers.
Requirements
• College graduate
• 6 - 8 years solid sales experience in KSA freight forwarding industry
• With valid KSA driving license
• Good English communication skills
• Well versed on shipping or freight forwarding systems
• Salary negotiable and open to all nationalities
