Senior Associate - Capital Markets
Saudi Arabia - US International Law Firm
Senior level 8 PQE
Search is, thanks to a personal referral Search has been tasked with seeking a senior 8PQE+ associate to join their operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A market leading law firm is hiring into its highly regarded transactional team, to focus on supporting the financial institutions and corporate debt capital markets businesses. As part of an established function you will enter at a senior level.
Although the focus will be DCM work you will be expected to operate as a broad capital markets lawyer and will also have exposure to emerging markets, structured finance and possibly ECM work.
A large proportion of capital issuances work is expecting over coming months and any regulatory capital experience would be useful as will experience of retail bond issuances.
The firm have recently picked up a number of high levels clients and they are seeking a senior level lawyer to accommodate the new workload they have.
Requirements
Candidates must:
* Ideally UK admitted (or common wealth, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, etc.)
* high quality academic and training background
* Banking, Finance, Corporate, DCM, ECM
* Must have experience of working in GCC region. KSA experience is essential
Suitable candidates will be currently working in a magic circle or other top tier firm at senior associate level or will have made their first move in house and be looking for the next step up. A minimum of 6 years experience
