Job description / Role
The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for the application of routine and scheduled civil works across the community. Involving the supervision of the FM Service Providers and the stakeholder's services providers ensuring coordination is applied to work schedules.

Description
* Oversee the maintenance of buildings and grounds of projects from civil perspective
* Wide scope of service supervision to ensure works are performed across the Communities, inclusive of the maintenance on, landscaping hardscape, building repairs, and small projects.
* Ensure that civil works are performed at the highest standards
* Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of Engineering operations
* Guides the FM service Providers on Civil works and monitors the completion and standards of works.
* Support the development of any small works projects and perform contract management.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
* 8+ years of relevant experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Project management experience
This role is open to Saudi nationals in line with Saudization policy.
