Senior Commercial Charter (Hajj & Umrah)

Job description / Role

We are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Charter (Hajj & Umrah) based in Riyadh for a large aviation company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Grow the Umrah and Hajj charter business for flynas and establish partnership with local agents in countries with more demand
* Full responsibility for business development, planning and negotiation with Clients, Airlines, Hotels and Ground Transportation
* Tender submission with Airlines, Clients Handling Hajj & Umrah contracts
* Full responsibility for maximizing operational efficiency and profitability of the Hajj and Umrah charter
* Train and develop employees, for proper succession planning and risk management
* Establish Cost and Revenue budgets with Finance and ensure that the budget, revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
* Negotiate and execute contracts with travel agents and brokers for new long term contracts.
* Develop strong and effective relationships with travel agents and brokers.
* Partner with internal and external legal resources to ensure optimal contract terms.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree or MBA, minimum of 10-15 years commercial airline experience
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to travel to all countries
* Good experience in the use of MS office programs
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels
* Ability to work on own initiative to tight timelines
* Experience meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical abilities, organized with attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
* Motivated self-starter
