Job Description
Alba Partners is actively hiring for Senior Consultants and Consultants in Riyadh, KSA with between 3-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating an impact in the consultancy space and has the ability to contribute to the culture and strategic direction of our young but rapidly growing company.

The role will involve shaping, managing, and delivering transformational change engagements for leading organisations.

Core responsibilities:
• Deliver impactful change for our clients
• Work directly with client stakeholders (including C-level)
• Create and deliver industry offerings to help solve our client’s challenges, and support client discussions on these offerings
• Develop industry expertise and points of view

Key requirements:
• A track record in consultancy, where you have been part of shaping and delivering change initiatives
• A proven ability to successfully build trusted relationships with clients
• Experience in the Financial Services/ Public Sector/Energy sectors
• Arabic speaking
• Excellent consulting, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and comfortable working across different sectors/industries/geographies and facing multiple challenges
• Excellent data analytical and advanced excel skills
