Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

- Assist the portfolio manager for identifying the potential opportunities of the various clients.
- Collaborate with portfolio manager to determine the portfolio and projects scope.
- Set plans of project governance and compliance framework.
- Conduct risk assessment to identify the risk mitigation and plan the risk management.
- Create the projects plan for all phases and deliverables.
- Set the (DOD) definition of done that related to deliverables standard needed.
- work to solve project problems and guide advisory team with project management.
- Engaged to different and several internal and external stakeholders to enhance, evaluate and assess current practice or initiate a new services or products or business line.
- Provide expert advice on a range of human capital, management and placement queries and opportunities.
- Support in estimate the resource allocation that needed at the project.
- Prepare the pre and post project documents.
- Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management.
- Review the project plan with portfolio manager and take the approval.
- Implement the best practice and strategies which contribute to the organization's ability to meet identified outcomes.
- Recommend the best technology and systems according to the business needs.
- Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of projects and portfolios priorities, as allocated.
- Consult with organizational stakeholders on the development plans.
- Assist with a range of Employment Relations queries and projects,
- Review and give feedback on kick off files, methodologies, and planning.
- Participate in kick off meeting with the project stakeholder.
- Support with portfolio manager to illustrate the methodologies that will be implemented during the project and the methodology applications.
- Provide clear understanding to the project stakeholder of the positive impact of our plan and methodologies.
- Conduct meeting with advisory team to ensure the achievements and progress according to our timeline.
- Craft strategies and build frameworks at the mega projects and portfolios.
- Support at training plan and individual development plan for all advisory team.
- Competently and efficiently handle a range of projects and issues (employee relations, resourcing, organization pay and benefits, performance. management, people management, business change).
- Send the sign off document and ensure the payment time of the phase and the project overall.
- Partner with our clients, taking ownership of their issues and initiatives, and work to resolve these to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our clients' businesses whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships to strengthen and grow existing accounts.
- Answer telephone calls and emails, providing timely, commercial, and compliant advice to ensure. clients receive an excellent service.
- Visit clients on site when required to track the project progress, handle a range of issues, and take feedback effectively and efficiently.
- Track placement projects progress and numbers of filled positions according to the timeline.
- Carry out detailed project work for a client and where appropriate draft well-structured and comprehensive. reports to clients and to management.
- Support in manage and execute the change management and operating model internally at our company and externally during the projects and portfolio management.
- Share knowledge and experience with the advisory team as a way of promoting continual professional development both personally and across the Company.
- Work within the company's established reports systems to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Ensuring that the operations and activities of the projects are efficient and in the best interest of the company goals.
- Make a decision that related to methodology and strategy implementation.

Requirements

Qualifications

- More than 8 years' experience
- Extensive knowledge of consultancy standards
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA preferred
- Management professional certificates preferred
- PMP Must
