Employment: Full Time

As an Oracle Senior Consultant, you'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With guidance from partners, directors and senior managers, you'll identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young. Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership.

You'll actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. In line with our commitment to quality, you'll consistently drive projects to completion and confirm that work is of high quality. Your role in leading teams - or parts of teams - on engagements will depend on the size of engagement. When working on engagements, you'll report to higher levels of management, who will expect you to anticipate and identify risks, and raise any issues with them as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

Client responsibilities:
• Participate in IT Advisory engagements
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the organization

Provide solutions to clients covering:
• Pre-Implementation Readiness Assessment
• Process Transformation
• Oracle Implementation
• Post-Implementation Review
• Configuration Health Check
• Implementation Governance & Quality Assurance
• Project / Program Management
• Change Management

People responsibilities
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
• Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining IT Advisory professionals
• Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedureS

Requirements

• Between 3-6 years of relevant Oracle implementation experience in reputable consulting firm
• Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.
• Strong academic record including a degree
• Ability to prepare and conduct presentations to clients
• Sound communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Arabic language is an advantage
• Preferably PMP and OCP certified

Technical skills requirements:
• Minimum 5 full end-to-end implementation cycles with Oracle R12 and at least 2 R12 upgrades as functional consultant
• Proficiency in setting up multi-org structure and at least 2 implementation as multi-org
• Strong functional experience in one or more of the following domains areas:
• Financial
• Supply Chain
• Human Capital
• Proficient business knowledge in the above domains areas and preferably with the supporting qualifications like CPA, CMA, Lean, SPHR,….
• Proficiency in designing and implementing streamlined business processes based on industry best practices
• Proficiency in Oracle leading implementation methodologies (OUM or ABF) and its deliverables.
• Familiarity in Oracle Architecture, Technology Stack, product roadmap, supporting technologies and products
• Pre Sales experience is an advantage
