Job description / Role
Our client is seeking a detail oriented but daring, creative and passionate Senior Content Manager. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects on various media channels at once, representing the agency as well as its clients.
Requirements
Key Duties:
- Lead the community voice across all appropriate owned channels
- Guide communities on account(s) with confidence
- Determine and activate proactive community management and reactive customer service approaches for particular brands
- Create and write/design content including social media content such as Vine, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and the next new thing.
- Collect, package and provide strategic recommendations for monthly social media reporting and analytics
- Identify trends and opportunities for the brand based on interactions with the community
- Keep abreast of client and category objectives, trends, talent, competitive advertising, and target mindset
- Work closely with account, creative, and production teams to develop brand-focused creative
- Continuous collaboration with designers, account managers and directors
