Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Liaise between procurement department and executive management
- Contract interpretation, advice and action
- Identify most suitable forms of contract and draft particular conditions
- Evaluate contractual and legal entitlement
- Evaluate quantum
- Provide a forensic analysis and evaluation of claims
- Undertake forensic audits of contractor’s applications, certifications, variations and claims
- Prepare, provide substantiation and advice related to outbound claims
- Prepare, brief and advise strategies for claim resolution, defences and counter-claims
- Prepare, develop and maintain up to date contract reporting procedures
- Develop work plans for the project based Contract Administrators
- Analyze information and produce overall reporting and recommendations -

Requirements

- 15+ post graduate experience (degree holder)
- Chartered preferable (MRICS – Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors)
- Jack of all trades – small team, so will have to turn their hand at all aspects from monthly valuations to claims
- Design and build experience
- Preferable to have had some experience on ARAMCO projects
- Preferable to have some experience preventing disputes over interpretation of design and specifications.
