Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Advisor to join the Planning & Performance Management Division (PPMD) of Technology Oversight & Coordination.

The PPMD is responsible for providing centralized shared services to Aramco's R&D organization.

The Contracts Advisor primary role is to develop administer signed contracts, including but not limited to invoice processing, coordinating with proponent on milestones achievement, reporting on iktva and Saudization to Corporate Management, reporting Key Performance Indicators, performing compliance check on developed contracts.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to perform the following:

- Be able to understand contractual terms and ability to interpret.
- Be able to use SAP system to process invoices and extract reports.
- Review legal terms and conditions of Contracts.
- Develop justifications and recommendations for changes in Contracts' procedures.
- Support the transfer of knowledge and support the development of team members through coaching, motivating and providing guidance.
- Ability to develop a presentation on a high level to management.

Requirements


Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.

The candidate shall have a minimum relevant experience of 5 years in the areas mentioned above (Position Description).

Other requirements:

Ability to influence internal and external senior and executive management, as well as professionals in cross-functional teams.
A strong sense of accountability and determination to achieve goals and objectives.
