Senior Corporate Associate - Leading Law Firm

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Associate to join our leading law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and will provide expert legal advice and support to our corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Assist in the drafting and reviewing of various corporate agreements and contracts
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex corporate legal issues
- Participate in corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Handle negotiations and communications with opposing counsel and other parties

Salary:
SAR 28,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: - 10% bonus of client introduced to the firm

Requirements

- Ideally Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from a recognized law school
- Formally admitted in a recognised jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a reputable law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment

About the Company
