Employment: Full Time

JEX Personnel are presently seeking two Senior lawyers for positions in both Riyadh and Jeddah.

Out client is a leading national law firm with multiple offices in the market, working with several international companies and governmental entities.

This position will require corporate lawyers whom are self motivated and also are in a position to self manage themselves and other team members.

As it is a senior position suitable candidates must be confident in a client facing roll and, ideally, have a track record of winning and maintaining clients.

Salary:
SAR 35,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Suitable candidates will require:

Qualifications: Master in Laws
Experience: 5-7 years in international law firms in Arabian Gulf
Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)

The requirements for an ideal candidate are that the candidate must have:

- Over 3 years of practical working experience gained in the Saudi Arabia. It is must for us that the candidate should have worked in the Kingdom’s legal field.
- Experience in dealing with corporate and commercial issues.
- Masters’ degree in law
- Dealt with matters relating to incorporation of companies and the processes involved therein.
- Drafted, reviewed and negotiated both agreements and complex documentations. He must have ability to write legal consultations or draft or review agreements in English language.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong background in dealing with high profile cases.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
