Senior Corporate Lawyer - International Law Firm

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our prestigious international law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations, and representing our clients in corporate legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in corporate legal requirements.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies, and negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Represent clients in corporate legal proceedings, including arbitration, mediation, and litigation, and effectively advocate for their interests in court or before regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including senior management, finance, and compliance departments, to provide legal guidance and support on corporate decision-making and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and provide strategic legal advice to help them achieve their corporate goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including writing articles, speaking at conferences, and participating in industry events.

Salary:
SAR 45,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university, with a focus on corporate law or international business law.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably in an international law firm or reputable corporate legal department.
- Proven expertise in handling complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance, with a deep understanding of international legal frameworks and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated track record of representing clients in corporate legal proceedings, with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to resolving legal disputes and protecting clients' interests.
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations to provide sound legal advice and support.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, would be an advantage but not required (Fluency in English would be)
