Description

Key responsibilities of a Senior Development Director in a real estate company may include:
• Project Planning and Feasibility Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of a large master-plan.
• Site Acquisition and Due Diligence: Identify and negotiate the acquisition of suitable properties for development.
• Expertise in conducting due diligence to assess potential risks, legal issues, and compliance with local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Project Budgeting and Financial Management: Create and manage budgets for development projects, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Design and Construction Oversight: They oversee the design phase and manage the construction phase to ensure work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with development projects and implement strategies to mitigate them, including issues related to financing, construction delays, or regulatory challenges.
• Post-Development Evaluation: Conduct assessments after project completion.
