Job description / Role
We are looking for Senior Digital Transformation Specialist
Gather, study, and analyze all required data to manage the complete digital transformation process within the organization, from design and implementation to monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Gather, study, and analyze data to understand current practices and procedures related to the organization's digital systems.
- Identify the organization's needs with stakeholders to undertake the digital transformation process.
- Develop policies and plans to improve and develop practices and procedures related to digital transformation within the organization.
- Follow up on established policies and plans to enhance practices and procedures related to digital transformation and continuously develop them.
- Design and implement digital strategies that align with the organization's objectives and plans and discuss them with stakeholders.
- Develop work methods and procedures within the organization and keep up with technological advancements by designing systems that serve the organization's internal interests.
- Monitor the procedures for designing, planning, and managing digital transformation and continuously work on developing them.
- Adhere to systems, legislation, and regulations followed to accomplish tasks related to monitoring and evaluating data collection processes and digital transformation requirements.
- Supervise the application of digital service quality standards and measure their performance.
- Enhance and facilitate communication between departments within the organization to ensure clear understanding of digital transformation objectives.
- Provide technical support and necessary advice when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- 4-5 years of experience in information systems.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Complete knowledge of digital transformation systems for organizations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
