Macro, an international Facilities Management company, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic senior facilities manager for a position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• As the designated single point of contact for the client, the Senior FM will take full responsibility for all elements within the contract.
• The focus of this position is to deliver exceptional service and create a first-class shopping environment.
• Proactively and strategically manage the account, continuously improving services, health and safety standards, environmental, social, and governance aspects, and supply chain capabilities.
• Requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the client's leadership team and gain a deep understanding of their organization, business objectives, and perspective.
• By driving change and business improvement, improving systems, processes, controls, and customer service levels, they will play a vital role in enhancing end-user satisfaction.
• Serve as a key decision-maker for the contract and provide senior support to the account management team.
• A technical background and experience in managing critical environments are essential, as they will be responsible for the strategic development and leadership of the contract.
• Bring relevant experience, strong leadership qualities, and a proactive attitude to lead the team.

Requirements

• Facilities management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety management.
• Capable of establishing a good relationship with clients, customers, and service providers.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• A technical degree in either electrical or Mechanical.
• Previous Project Management experience also advantageous.
• Large scale mall operations experience also beneficial.
