The Company

Robert Half International is working on an exclusive basis with a local company who have a strong local family backing and have been in the region for over 50 years.

The Role

* To provide legal support with particular focus on Company/Commercial, Compliance in the area of Automotive and Manufacturing
* Conduct legal research, supervising researchers and summarising research on procedural matters for other members of the legal department.
* Advise senior management with respect to potential mergers and acquisitions and assist with integrating acquired assets into the organization.
* Provide training to members with respect to legal processes and compliance obligations.
* Work with other support services groups to ensure that the company is aware of, and in compliance with, changes to laws and legislation.
* Support ad help design, deliver the compliance program
* Ensure all corporate filings for legal entities within the Business Verticals structure are up to date and in order.
* Attend QBRs of each division.
* Regularly attend the offices of each division.
* Track action matters and submit monthly actions list report and further information as required to HoL.
* Design presentations and train business teams on areas of interest, such as compliance, commercial contracting, IP matters etc.
* Oversee allocated litigation cases, liaise with and manage local advocates and ensure court deadlines are met and cases handled in the best interest of the Group and in a timely manner.
* Advise on and keep abreast of the regional laws KSA, particular with regard to corporate, commercial and labour law matters pertaining to the business Group as well as international best practice in relation thereto.
* Advising clients on legal aspects of their business matter, and attending meetings, as necessary.
* Advising senior management on company and JV structures/re-structures.
* Negotiating complex transactions, including multi-jurisdiction transactions.
* Negotiating settlements.

Requirements

The Candidate

* Bachelors Law Degree from Western Jurisdiction; UK, US, Europe, New Zealand, AUS
* Proven written and verbal English Language skills
* Presentations on business affairs issues
* Computer literacy
* Negotiation skills
* Influencing skills
* Drafting

Salary and Benefits

Salary 65,000 - 75,000 SAR, DOE
