Job description / Role
Join one of Saudi Arabia's major development projects as part of a growing legal team. This role will have particular exposure to a number of commercial contractual and advisory mandates.

Description
* Prepare standard templates to facilitate speedy preparation of contract documentation
* Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance to policies and procedures
* Provide legal review, negotiations and advice of all types of related legal contracts and documents including; service and product sales, subcontracts, supplier's agreements, letters of intent, MOU's, leases, licenses and bid/tender procedures.
* Maintain an awareness of developments in the relevant legal fields, including review and implications of new legislation
* Draft and review legal and commercial documents related to complex matters from company establishment, bidding agreements and JV agreements.

Requirements
* Fluent English and Arabic language skills
* LLB from a reputable university, preference from those with an LLM from an international institution
* 6-10 years plus of experience with commercial contracts
