Senior Manager, Digital Transformation

Job description / Role

Our client is looking for Senior Manager of Digital Transformation which is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify digital transformation opportunities, develop and implement digital strategies, and lead the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital transformation bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Own the overview of the organization's digital strategy and support strategy development based on data-driven analysis.
• Develop and implement the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plans for the full lifecycle of technical implementation.
• Lead and manage teams responsible for developing and implementing organizational change management, stakeholder involvement, training, communications, and culture initiatives to achieve digitalization objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external digital suppliers, universities, and other relevant partners.
• Design digital solutions that align with strategic objectives, support business goals, and deliver efficiency gains to reduce costs while improving the customer experience.
• Simplify and reimagine processes to create transformational experiences through technology and digital assets.
• Develop and manage the operational aspects of digital transformation projects, including budget management, user acceptance campaigns, and incident and problem analysis.
• Provide governance and oversight to ensure the consistent and methodical transition of services and technologies to align with the organization's global IT service portfolio.
• Foster a culture of driving quality improvement based on survey feedback and analysis of operational performance metrics.
• Lead and coordinate pursuit teams for business development activities, such as client presentations, proposal creation, and statements of work.
• Stay informed about the latest technical advancements and industry best practices to connect them to the organization's processes, cultural models, and infrastructures.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience with digital transformations.
• Proven record of working with cross-functional teams and management to gain alignment and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies in a global organization.
• Strong project management abilities and knowledge of organizational change management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
