Senior Manager - Marine

Job description / Role

To assume direct accountability for the delivery of the assigned beaches and marine structures within Triple Bay to the time, cost and quality objectives as established. The Senior Project Manager will manage the project teams comprising Amaala staff, designers and contractors to achieve the goals and will be accountable for the delivery of all facets of the beaches and marine structures as assigned and will:
• Accept accountability for the successful delivery of the beaches, delivered on time, within budget and to the desired quality. The scope of responsibility will be expanded to include specific marine structures which interface with the beaches including swimming pools, tidal pools, jetties, boardwalks, marina pontoons and any other marine requirements that may develop.
• Contribute to the end vision of Amaala through development and construction of the beaches and marine structures.
• Contribute and achieve delivery targets within the constraints of the project programme and set budgets.
• Work with remainder of Amaala departments to achieve the designs and level of finish required for these projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction industry, specifically in large marine projects. Preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the Middle East.
• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Project Management
