Overview

We seek a Senior Manufacturing Knowledge Engineer with Maintenance background to join Global manufacturing Excellence

Your primary rule is to facilitate refining global portfolio Communities of Practice (CoPs) or Networks concepts, and codify expertise from top performing assets as part of the Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organizations. As a key member of the relevant maintenance engineering Knowledge Management networks, you will strengthen manufacturing capabilities across the downstream refining portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

You are expected to be able to perform the following:
- Produce KM SOPs to guide KM efforts within the organization and assist implementation of the KM structure, practices, and governance model.
- Provide leadership and technical advisory for the assigned CoPs/Networks and expert forums to share lessons at scale
- Publish CoPs/Networks minutes and recommendations
- Manage the outcome of the assigned CoPs/Networks including the actions and AFIs monitoring as well as Publishing CoPs/Networks minutes and recommendations
- Conduct site visits and workshops to capture tacit knowledge
- Develop structured processes and tools to document best practices for the CoPs/Networks.
- Contribute to the design and content of GME Knowledge Hub platforms
- Assist with training programs and ensure adoption of expertise
- Manage the outcome of the assigned CoPs/Networks including the actions and AFIs monitoring.
- Track metrics that demonstrate knowledge impact on KPIs

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

- As the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar. An advanced degree is preferred.
- You will have a minimum of ten years of experience in assets or maintenance management in the refining business along with the associated Maintenance solutions, Turnaround and Reliability management systems in order to be able to manage the related CoPs/Networks.
- Knowledge Management Professional Certification (KMP) from the (KMPro) is preferred.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the (PMI) is preferred.
- You will have Expertise in 2+ key manufacturing domains such as operations, maintenance, HSE
- You will have Experience leading multi-site continuous improvement projects
- You be able to demonstrate proficiency in knowledge engineering methodologies and digital tools
- You will be able to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration and change management skills
- You will have the ability to distill technical expertise for multi-disciplinary audiences
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus given global responsibilities.
