Senior MEP Engineer (KSA National)

Job description / Role

The Senior MEP Engineer will be responsible for the application of routine and scheduled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works across the community. This involves the supervision of the FM Service Providers and the stakeholder's services providers ensuring coordination is applied to work schedules.

Description
* Oversee the maintenance of buildings and grounds of projects from an MEP perspective
* Wide scope of service supervision to ensure works are performed across the communities, inclusive of the maintenance on, landscaping, building repairs, small projects.
* Ensure that MEP works are performed at the highest standards.
* Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of engineering operations
* Guides the FM service Providers on MEP works and monitors the completion and standards of works
* Support the development of any small works projects and perform contract management.
* Coordination of the PPM and routines of maintenance across the communities

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
* 8+ years of experience in similar role
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good problem-solving skills
