Senior Organisation and Change Manager

Aquila Consulting are working in partnership with an international Engineering Consultancy with operations across KSA. Due to a number of project wins within the Facilities Management sector, they have an exiting opening for a Senior Organisation and Change Manager.

The Organization and Change Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and managing organizational change initiatives within our client. This role is essential for ensuring that our organization adapts to evolving business needs, implements strategic changes effectively, and maintains a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in change management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management Strategy: Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive change management strategies and plans for critical organizational initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and assess key stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans to gain their support for change initiatives.
• Communication: Create and deliver clear and compelling communication materials, including presentations, emails, and training materials, to convey the purpose, benefits, and progress of change initiatives to all stakeholders.
• Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct change readiness assessments to gauge the organization's readiness for change and identify potential obstacles. Develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Training and Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the changing environment.
• Metrics and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of change initiatives. Regularly track and report progress to leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change adaptability within the organization. Share best practices and lessons learned from change initiatives.
• Employee Support: Provide support to employees and managers during times of change, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive transition experience.
• Change Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of change initiatives, including plans, progress reports, and outcomes, for future reference and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (10 years) in organizational change management, with a track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
• Experience in Facilities Management is preferred but not required.
