The Senior Procurement Manager holds a leadership role in the procurement department, responsible for guiding procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and the overall effectiveness of procurement processes. They play a pivotal role in driving excellence and innovation within the procurement function.

Client Details

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation who is involved in one of the biggest real estate developments in the KSA Region. One of the Masterplans in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia focusing on Residential, Commercial, Retail and Education.

Our client is a Saudi Arabian based, multibillion-dollar large-scale project delivering a diverse portfolio of mixed use master plans.

Description

* Advanced strategic procurement vision and leadership.
* Develop strategic procurement plans and leadership.
* Ensure the integrity and adherence to Procurement policies, providing guidance to all stakeholders.
* Build strong supplier partnerships.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
* Mentor and develop the procurement team.
* Prepare and review Procurement Strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Manage Initial Tender List, Final Tender List, Expressions of Interest, and NDAs.
* Administer Prequalification documents and coordinate prequalification reports.
* Maintain the project tender database, including company details, contact information, and qualification status.
* Oversee tender processes, including responses, interviews, and openings.
* Coordinate tender evaluations, reports, and approvals.
* Lead and develop the procurement team.
* Checking and reviewing contract documents prior to uploading or issuance; prepare QA/QC forms.
* Draft new contract and agreements and align with all stakeholders.
* Manage contract negotiations and manage pre and post awards activities
* Manage contract execution and distribution to all parties.

Requirements

* An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or any related construction field with 10+ years of experience.
* Candidate must be a Saudi National.
