Job description / Role
Primary Responsibilities:
• Review the contract documents, specifications and drawings.
• Review the manpower requirements of the project.
• Review the equipment and plant requirements for the project.
• Responsible for the financial profitability of the project, supervising project team, coordinating the overall project and field construction works.
• Control construction activities and production output.
• Preparation and submission of weekly reports to the Senior Management of the Company.
• Follow up subcontractor works in addition to reviewing their progress.

Requirements
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of Project Management/Director experience in reputed large Construction Company(s).
• Must have experience in handling large commercial High-Rise and Mid-Rise Projects.
• Fluent in English Communication.
• GCC experience preferred ARAMCO experience.
