Faithful+Gould are looking for Senior Project Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA with strong experience in buildings, preferably master plan residential and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Providing a complete design & construction phase supervision and management service to large mixed-use projects. Responsible for supporting technical, safety, time, cost and quality oversight, compliance, monitoring, management and administration across the project.
- Provide day to day direction, performance monitoring and management support to the Project Management Team(s) on defined projects
- Assist in developing and maintaining a proactive safety culture across defined projects
- Ensure construction proceeds in line with approved design and applicable standards, construction programme and project budget, and that the resulting asset is acceptable to the Client
- Support the operation of robust contract administration arrangements that underpin efficient delivery of works
- Liaise with client and contractors on a regular basis and build relationships in parallel with maintaining compliance with formal communication routes
- Represent the Company in a professional manner

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in a construction related discipline
- 15 years post qualification experience in Project Management
- Experience should include residential/buildings, preferably master plan or associated infrastructure as a PM from inception to completion
- Must have worked in the GCC and understand the D&B process
- Bilingual - Arabic/ English preferred
- Experience working with FIDIC red book
