Job description / Role
• Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure the correct implementation of the project specifications and standards.
• Plans, coordinates, and directs the engineering, design, procurement and construction work.
• Ensures the efficiency, quality and performance of the engineering, design, procurement and construction work to meet the project objectives.
• Obtains the necessary project resources to plan and execute the work.
Requirements
• The ideal candidate has an experience in building industry and has project management experience on mega building / architectural projects.
• 15 years of experience for expats, and 10 years of experience for nationals.
• Must have thorough knowledge of the engineering and construction practices and economic principles: calculation methods design details international codes, standards, procedures and specifications.
