Senior Project Manager - Architectural and Landscape Design

Our client is a leading PMC firm specializing in architectural and landscape design projects across the Middle East. With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence, they are dedicated to shaping inspiring spaces that reflect clients' vision and values.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in architectural and landscape design, coupled with significant site management experience in the Middle East. The successful candidate will lead and oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring the seamless integration of design concepts with on-site implementation.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.

Design Integration:
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure the seamless transition of conceptual designs to practical, implementable solutions.
- Implement design strategies that incorporate sustainable and innovative elements, in line with industry best practices.

Site Management:
- Direct and coordinate on-site activities, including construction, landscaping, and installation, to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals, translating them into actionable project plans.

Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in architectural and landscape design projects in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and construction practices in the region.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
