Senior Project Manager / Head of Roads Department - Riyadh Based Consultancy

My client who is a leading consultancy working on the Kingdoms best projects have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager / Head of Roads Department, to join the team of their E&A Division. Within this role, you will be responsible for running a department with in excess of 20 projects

Some typical tasks which are within the scope of the role are as follows:
- Able to establish excellent Client relationships and build business within agreed business plan.
- Establishment of Management reporting systems and employee assessment and monitoring tools based upon existing business policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage projects based throughout the Kingdom some being remote.
- Hold regular project and management progress/quality review meetings with full records.

Requirements

- Civil Engineering Graduate with minimum 10 years experience 3 of which to be in a managerial position.
- Excellent English verbal, written and IT skills
- Excellent man managements, result orientated and enthusiastic problem solver and provider of added value.
- Team player willing to give full commitment to the business and partake in the benefits that will result.
- Willing to work in the private sector with the demands on time and commitment of a progressive Saudi owned business house.
- You should be organized and systematic towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
