Senior Quantity Surveyor

A reputable engineering Consultancy is seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. Candidates that hold a degree in civil engineering and that are already in the region with transferable iqama’s are needed due to visa constraints. Ability to speak Arabic is also required.

Responsibilities
• Checks monthly claims from the contractor
• Evaluates site works and materials on site and included in the contractors payment requests
• Prepares the cost control report
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Exercise Quality and Assurance Control on the services provided

Requirements

• BSc in civil engineering
• Minimum of 10 years post qualified experience
• Work experience in the Middle East
• Previously worked on infrastructure projects including roads and highways
• Ability to read and write Arabic
