Job description / Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Western - KSA- SAR 40,000 - 45,000 +
On behalf of a leading multinational Cost consultancy, I require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a Mixed-use development in Doha, Qatar.
Successful Candidates will have a minimum of 7 years post graduate (QS related) experience and a back ground delivering a mixture of projects that might include: mixed-use / commercial developments, airports, residential, military etc. Candidates must be proficient with post contract duties and a knowledge of EoT related procedures.
Due to client specification, only candidates with British, or Irish passport holders will be considered for this position.

Requirements
To be considered for the role:
University Qualifications: Bcs: Quantity Surveying or Construction related
Other certifications obtained: MRICS (Preferred but not essential)
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience working with Multi-nation PMC or cost Consultancies.
Age Range: Must be under 60 (Visa restrictions on over 60's)
