Charterhouse is currently working with a reputable organisation within the Property Development and Construction industry, who is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join their Team in Riyadh. The Senior Recruiter will work collaboratively with hiring managers whilst reporting to the Recruitment Manager developing strong relationships and ensuring that you identify the best candidates to meet their needs.
It will be your responsibility to manage the full recruitment cycle for KSA Construction Projects including sourcing applicants, screening, taking part in the interview process and providing feedback, whilst keeping engaged with the applicant throughout. Working alongside the Human Resources Team, you will adhere to Kuwait labour law and local regulations governing the employment process.
Being part of a market-leading organisation with high recruitment volumes, this role will see you managing multiple vacancies at one time across multiple external construction projects as well as recruiting for internal roles. In addition, you will maintain relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies which might also include overseeing contract agreements.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent recruitment process experience, proving you are able source appropriate candidates to meet the business requirements and ensuring you keep engaged with the applicants through-out their pre-joining process.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience within HR or Recruitment and must obtain 3 years’ experience working with a globally recognised ATS (Application Tracking System). You must have the ability to work well under pressure, able to multi-task effectively working on a number of vacancies simultaneously, whilst achieving deadlines within a timely manner. Due to the nature of the role, you should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal and must have experience working in a complex role with a broad base of cultures.
