Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job description / Role

An expanding global management consultancy is looking for a highly proactive and adaptable Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their Riyadh office.

The role will support the hiring team in recruiting high calibre, experienced consulting candidates for the Middle East operation. You will be developing relationships with applicants, in order to build affinity and loyalty to the brand, regardless of the outcome of their application. You will consistently support their internal practice areas on all questions related to recruiting. As a contact person for candidates, you'll guide them throughout the recruiting process. With your creative, innovative ideas, you'll develop strategies and concepts to continuously improve experienced hiring and there will also be the opportunity to work on projects related to lateral hiring as well as recruiting overall.

Responsibilities:
• Working in close collaboration with the regional Experienced Hire team.
• Identifying high quality candidates to fill key roles across the region.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position.
• Clearly articulating and selling the company value proposition via candidate interaction, professional networks etc.
• Focus on identifying strong D&I candidates especially at the senior level.
• Providing an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role.
• Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system
• Building and improving the overall Lateral Hire strategy and managing various complexities, in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager.
• Owning some candidate pipelines, ensuring efficient management of the recruiting process by the Recruiting Administrators/Associates
• Establishing strong relationships with senior candidates and seen as a point of contact
• Managing complex conversations with candidates and liaising with global compensation teams to build competitive packages

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree plus minimum 4+ years talent acquisition experience, preferably at a professional services firm with proven success in managing several international search projects in parallel across levels and markets.
• Strong skills in managing talent acquisition projects
• Great at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates across functions and networks outside of your own area.
• Excellent negotiation skills with all stakeholders
• You have significant experience in project management and the ability to parallel process multiple initiatives.
• You have a strong ability to work under pressure.
• You are results driven and self-motivated.
