Job description / Role
Our client is a leading retailer with many stores across the GCC region, based in Dubai. They are multi franchise operators for international brands in fashion, home, accessories etc.
In order to strengthen their operations in KSA, they are looking to appoint a Senior Retail Operations Manager. The remit is for someone to handle over 17 stores in the region comprising of fashion, accessories etc.
This position will report into the DGM and Division Head.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be Arabic nationality with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing a large P&L with multiple retail stores in fashion and accessories domain.
We need someone with excellent knowledge and understanding of the KSA market and is well versed with dealing with leasing of properties, interaction with mall managements, new store openings etc.
A minimum of Bachelor's degree with post graduation in management is what we are looking for along with a valid driving license. Upper age limit is 45.
