Job Description

Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

Revenue Growth:
• Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions that align with their goals.
• Forecast and track key account metrics to measure and enhance sales performance.

Team Collaboration:
• Provide guidance and support to junior account managers and sales representatives.

Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both company and client objectives.
• Work with legal teams to address contractual and compliance-related matters.

Customer Satisfaction:
• Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive issue resolution.
• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the achievement of sales, profitability, and cash flow targets locally.
• Develop business opportunities and exploit the market potential.
• Account management, customer profiling, activity planning and CRM updating.
• Guarantee the respect of Managed Services cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance.

Requirements

Personal Skills

• Fluent in English (Both written and spoken)
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels

Technical Skills
• 5+ years of experience in the IT services domain, a similar role in the Cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling security services (SIEM, MDR, VAPT & GRC, etc..).
• Highly organized and solution-oriented.
• Strong customer service and account management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Very good at using MS Office and has suitable typing speed.

Education
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, other related field, or equivalent experience.
