Job Summary:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the IT services domain, particularly within the cybersecurity industry.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic planning and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

Revenue Growth:
• Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions that align with their goals.
• Forecast and track key account metrics to measure and enhance sales performance.

Team Collaboration:
• Provide guidance and support to junior account managers and sales representatives.

Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both company and client objectives.
• Work with legal teams to address contractual and compliance-related matters.

Customer Satisfaction:
• Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive issue resolution.
• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets locally.
• Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential.
• Manage account activities, customer profiling, and CRM updating.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Personal Skills:
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship building and teamwork abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English (Both written and spoken).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Dynamic personality with effective influencing skills.

Technical Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in IT services, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Experience in selling security services (SIEM, MDR, VAPT & GRC, etc.).
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Proven track record in sales and account management.
• Knowledgeable about industry and market trends.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
