Job description / Role
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
• Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for supporting customers and ensuring productivity through the coordination and administration of systems, processes, resources and personnel.
• This will involve regularly liaising with the Field Service Engineers to ensure timely attendance for breakdowns and servicing of machines on hire. The Service Coordinator will also act as a point of contact for customers by answering their queries and providing regular updates to them on the progress of repairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide service administrative support to the business
• Coordinate engineers in the regular maintenance of machines on site and in response to machine breakdowns in the field
• Ensure that breakdowns are attended to promptly by service staff and flag issues to Service Manager
• Ensure 3rd Party statutory fleet inspections are scheduled and completed on time
• Create and maintain access tracker logs, central service files, thorough examination logs and breakdown records for each location
• Prepare service, 3rd party, breakdown and other required reports as required by management
• Liaise with customers and site personnel to coordinate site access passes
• Provide administrative support to engineering staff, as required (to include letters of authorisation, training records, vehicle servicing etc)
• Ensure accurate completion of all relevant paperwork including engineer’s report and service sheets
• Maintain records covering workshop equipment and vehicle servicing
• Ensure engineers breakdown reports are processed and charging issues are referred to Operations Director and Service Manager
• Allocate work to field engineers via Smart phone
• Ensure that jobs completed via Smart phone are updated correctly in L-Vis
Salary:
SAR
4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
The chosen candidate will meet ALL the essential criteria below:
ESSENTIAL
• Engineering related qualification
• IT literate with detailed knowledge of Microsoft
• Packages such as Excel and Word
• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
DESIRABLE
• Industry experience within access platforms, plant hire, construction or Oil and Gas sectors
