Service Engineer

Job description / Role

Successful applicant needs to be process and result oriented to effectively implement engineering solutions in the field of heating, cooling, power, water and waste management, air pollution control and chemicals. Installation and commissioning of boilers/ heaters on Oil/gas/solid fuel, Vapour Absorption Chillers, Water & Waste Treatment Plants, Air Pollution Control Devices.

Description
* Plan & monitor of equipment commissioning
* Site visit and audit of installation
* Resolve customer complaints and manage systems like Divisional Apex Review Team (DART) / Customer Interaction Cell (CIC)
* Guarantee period monitoring
* Validate new design/ components
* Generate leads for spare parts, retrofit and other service products
* Liaison with sales and spare parts team to ensure delightful customer experience
* Extensive travel in the MENA region

Requirements

Required
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical /Electrical or relevant
* 5-8 years of professional directly related experience
* Should be able to interpret engineering drawings
* Expertise in Installation and commissioning of boilers/heaters on Oil/gas/solid fuel, Vapor Absorption Chillers / Water & Waste Treatment Plants/ Air Pollution Control Devices
* Customer Centric
* ERP/Computer operating skills
* Process and result oriented, self-starter, with good analytical skills

Desired
* Experience in Heavy engineering and equipment/ Small power projects/ EPC sales and projects
* Background in thermal & steam engineering, water and air pollution related products preferred
