Job description / Role
Quest is working in partnership with a leading company in the field of commercial and home gym equipment who is looking for a Service Engineer to be based in Dammam/Jeddah, KSA. You will be working alongside a very qualified and professional team.
Looking out for Arabic-speaking candidates.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for executing jobs in line with defined standard operating procedures
* Responsible for achieving field performance (TTS, FTFR, JMR3)
* Responsible for managing stock of parts and guarantee a high-level inventory record accuracy
* Educates customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
* Responsible for executing an effective root cause analysis of a product issue, with the goal to identify the proper parts to be used and determine the appropriate solution
Requirements
Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
* Diploma / Degree in Electronics & Communications or similar
* Mechanical / electronic engineering skills
* English knowledge (B2 / C1 level)
