Role Summary:

The Service Sales Manager is accountable to grow Service Sales revenue and Margins for GEHC in the defined territory. Responsible for developing the commercial & marketing strategy that will drive top-line growth for the Service business. Supports in building and managing long-term strategic relationships in the market.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach the services sales team, enabling growth and reaching annual commercial targets
- Accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Service Sales & Margin targets as well as timely and accurate forecasting and yearly business planning cycles.
- Manage overall sales revenue (contract and non-contract revenue) to ensure Service organization meets its financial commitments to the business
- Attract, retain, educate and develop world-class commercial talents to realize services commercial strategy
- Support GEHC's portfolio growth in the kingdom through the development of competitive and value-added Point of Sales (POS) and Extended Warranty (EW) offerings
- Responsible to communicate appropriate operating plan targets based on their market potential to SAL/PSS within their geography.
- Contribute in optimizing GE's cash position in the market, minimizing disputes and past dues along with maximising collections
- Demonstrate the ability to generate business opportunities that leverage GEHC in the market place, deliver outcome-based solutions to our customers
- Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities for the SAL/PSS teams and account teams in the geography
- Educate and coach on the differentiation i.e. position, value proposition and key messages of product/solution/service within their assigned territory.
- Accountable to ensure compliance and execution of the regional sales process and rules.
- Responsible for driving optimal operating mechanisms and ensuring that all the sales team have clear opportunity management activity and call plans to ensure efficient coverage of decision makers and influencers; and that team utilizes required sales systems (SFDC, Apttus, Wave) to track forecasting performance against Operating Plan, etc.
- Responsible to communicate, execute and leverage the Variable Sales Incentive plans with their teams.
- Drive performance management within the team, providing a regular operating mechanism of feedback and coaching and managing the ongoing performance development system.
- Facilitate effective communication & trustful collaboration within the Zone/Product matrix organization. Share and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or One GEHC accounts

- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines;
- Identify and report any quality or compliance promotion concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Understand all Environmental Health Policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy is broken;
- Adhere to and uphold highest standards of promotion compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and GE Healthcare Promotional Codes

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Strong sales leadership and people management experience
- Board level selling and negotiations skills, effective problem solving
- Ability to work as a horizontal leader
- Effective communication skills
- Good understanding of business functions such as finance, cash and operations
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Healthcare business experience
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to meet objectives

Desired Characteristics:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Channel management experience
- Exceptional skills as a change agent and process oriented individual;
- Leadership experience in a service operations function
- Financial experience is a plus
- Degree in biomedical field
