Job description / Role
• Maintain proper documentation of all job orders, parts requisition, invoicing and all other document related to customer vehicle complains.
• Distribute and monitor task or jobs to technicians.
• Ensures implementation of the standard job procedures and conducts regular quality service evaluation. Takes necessary action for incorrect situation.
• Ensures that repairs are carried out as per request within promised delivery time and estimated cost.
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Vocational School or College Graduate
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Familiar with automotive technical knowledge
• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience as Service Supervisor, in Automotive Industry
• Excellent in English Language, Arabic is a plus.
• With valid driver's license.
• Mid 20’s – Late 40’s
