Job description / Role
• Requirement Gathering & Feasibility study of Business as usual CRs/MPs on following Siebel modules.
• Product Configuration, Order care, SFA, CAM, CCTI, PRM & POS.
• Meeting with customer & marketing for clarification & approval.
• Preparing High level design and impact analysis of the CRs/MPSs.
• Providing all required information, Business logic, clarification & HLD to the developers/SMEs to develop/deliver required code/configuration changes as per Customer requirement.
Requirements
• Prepare/maintain release document for BSCS releases and coordinating with release manager and Zain SPOC for planning deployment activity
• Testing the CR delivery package and preparing ToL as per use cases shared by customer.
• Conducting UAT/SIT with Customer/Marketing team and raising defects to development team in case of issues.
• Responsible for maintaining life cycle of CRs/MPS from Requirement gathering to Deployment of CR/MPS in CLM tool
• Follow up with development team to resolve all defects raised on ADM during UAT within agreed SLA/KPIs
• Providing on call support to MS in case of emergency tickets and ensuring all L3 Defects on Production closed within L3 support SLA/KPI
